Minimums
Do you have a minimum?
Family Screen Printing and Embroidery does not have a minimum for orders placed. However, most of our orders are in multiples of 24 pieces or more. The more qty/items you order will reduce your total cost per item. {Please be aware that there may be a price increase for only one to twenty-three items being purchased depending on the project. A quote for your project will be given before any work is started.}
*Please note quotes will be given for Set Up and Art Work before we begin your project.
Set up
Do you have a set up charge?
We do not charge for basic and simple set up or when using a customer’s vector/workable file (listed below in art/designs). Something elaborate and very detailed that requires a lot of work will most likely require a set-up fee.
Art/Designs
Do you charge for designing art?
It depends on what the customer needs. Simple Text and Clip Art will not have a design charge. If we have our Professional Graphic’s Design Department work on your project there may be fees that apply.
What file formats do you need for my art work?
Vector art is great for us to work with saved as an EPS, AI, CS3, CS4, etc…
What type of artwork is needed?
If you are using bitmapped artwork (GIF, BMP, TIF, JPG, PDF or a photo) this will require recreation of your art/design. This may have additional design/set up fees.
Where do I send my designs/art?
You can email your art work/design/logo to: Customer Service at Kate@familyspe.com, or fax a copy to (856) 856-933-2782.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes, can create a design to meet your needs. Charges may apply depending on the detail and time spent for each particular project.
Deposits
Do you require a deposit before you begin?
We require a deposit of ½ to begin production. This will go towards the materials need for each job. Final payment will be made at the time of delivery/shipping.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
Family Screen Printing and Embroidery accepts; Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, and Credit Card payments and Paypal.

Checks: All Checks should be payable to: “Family Screen Printing and Embroidery”. Customers may pay by company or personal check. We require that the funds clear in our bank in order for us to deliver/ship your product.
*Please be aware that forms of payment that require funds to clear into our account can delay your order.*
Insufficient Funds: Family Screen Printing and Embroidery has a $50.00 Return Check Fee Policy.
