Production Time: Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks (7-10 business days after art work is approved). If an order needs to be rushed, there will be a 25% Rush Fee added to your invoice, and 3 business days for completion.
Customer Approval: We will submit to you a Quote, Invoice, and Emailed Proof of your order for your approval which has to be done Via Email Only. Once we have your Approval this ensures a conditional acceptance between Tee Logo and the said party to purchase our goods with your acceptance to our terms and conditions.
Returns: Tee logo is not required to accept any returns after the customer has sent their approval for work to begin. If there should be a case and reason for a return please contact Customer Service at info@teelogo.net within 14 days upon delivery or dated invoice.

Shipping Charges: We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping charges. From time to time, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. In such event we may make reasonable adjustments to your shipping charges if needed. Tee Logo will not be held accountable for delays or damages that may occur from delivery.
Sales Tax: Tee Logo does not charge Sales Tax for Garments. However, we are required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services that apply sales tax. Companies and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate by fax to (856) 404-9416 , or email a copy to Customer Service – info@teelogo.net.
Cancellations or Changes to an Existing Order(s): Once an order is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations. We will make every effort to comply with your request. If you have already replied with approval there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup, artwork, and shipping charges. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
